Sprints: Our Process

This project was completed in 4 sprints, each approximately two weeks long.
At the end of each sprint our goal was to complete a new iteration of the game.

Sprint 1

Initial iteration completed. 3.6.17

  • - MVG decided
  • - Designed power supply and transistor circuit
  • - Buttons have PIC control
  • - Buttons & physical shape decided upon
  • - Initial gameplay prototyping.


Sprint 2

Our learning sprint. 3.20.17

  • - Original electrical system plan finalized
  • - Integration of transistor circuit with button / PIC control
  • - Shift register learning
  • - Housing complete
  • - Lego ticket dispenser prototype


Sprint 3

Nearly complete integrated demo. 4.13.17

  • - Placed and wired all 32 buttons with rough integration of shift registers
  • - PCB designed and ordered
  • - Finalized ticket dispenser
  • - Finalized coin mech code
  • - Digital prototyping of gameplay


Final Demo
